Greetings All,
I am Monica a #massage #therapist in Arlington, TX and I am looking to build my massage #practice.
I am very #passionate about my #work and do my best to #ensure the highest quality of #care & #service to my #clients. To ensure high-quality service I am constantly reading about ways to #improve the quality of life for people #living with #chronic #pain and #disease through massage, specifically those with #pre-hypertension or #hypertension, as this disease very silently affects 41 percent of #black #men and 45 percent of #black #women.
My #daily goal is to provide an #affordable service that for years has been viewed as a #luxury but this is very much so a #necessity, especially in the times of high stress, which in some cases can lead to #depression.
I #strive to meet the #individual needs of my clients and if for some reason I am unable to do so, I refer to colleagues.
I am very eager to serve my #community and to #build a #stronger #awareness of the #importance of #self-care.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will go thru a series of questions before the session as well as having the client fill out some paperwork to keep on file. I will explain the procedure being performed and educate the customer on the benefits of massage going forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Cortiva institute for Massage Therapy October 2018. I specialize training in Swedish massage, but have been trained in the following sports therapy, trigger point therapy, acupressure, and much more.
