What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a thorough consultation to ensure that the massage or Reiki session is optimal for both your physical and emotional needs. If I feel that I am unable to deliver the type of massage you need, I have colleagues I can refer you too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
11 years of massage therapy, 5 years as a cosmetologist.

How did you get started in this business?
I began giving massage to my friends and family around the age of 11. I have been soaking up all things massage related ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Fibromylagia, MS, chronic stress, poor circulation, diabetes, Parkinson's, depression, anxiety, to name a few.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently received my Reiki Certification, in October 2017. I am very pleased to be able to offer this service now.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I am often asked "What's your specialty?" and I would advise clients to beware the massage therapist who says they have one. They often have a limited skill set and are prone to delivering the same massage to each client.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Please keep searching for the therapist that you trust and who listens to you, if you haven't found one yet. I sit down with each client and do an extensive consultation to really understand their physical and emotional needs when they come in to my salon. (And this never comes out of hands-on time!)
