Welcome to your healing journey where we will both learn what is causing your pain along with providing the steps to help reduce/eliminate your areas of issues. I will teach you how to maintain your muscles throughout our journey to maximize the time you have pain free!
Our bodies only allow us to feel the top 2-3 areas of issues. This is your body protecting you. As massage releases those top areas, you will start to notice that other areas will let themselves be known for help! Muscles get jealous if they are neglected. Addressing the entire pain hierarchy is greatly recommended!
