About this pro

If you're ready to make change in your life, you’ve come to the right place. Visible Strata Austin Counseling and Life Coach Services can help you with your personal, health or business goals.

Success isn’t always a straight line. It’s oftentimes a process. Meeting your ambition means finding the strategies that work for you and allow you to move forward in your life.

The problem is on your own that process can take a long time and is filled with emotional pitfalls that will only serve to further impede your progress.

That’s where I come in. Together, we define what the future looks like. I’ll not only help you discover the shortest paths to reach it, but I’ll also be there every step of the way.

After a long career in television and digital media, where I did everything from on-air appearances, to marketing and advertising, to writing and investigating stories, to leading teams and building and growing a local news startup, I came to understand that my true passion was for helping others discover their path to success. Now an experienced counselor and life coach, I work to build a relationship with my clients that will lead them to fulfill their own ambitions.

The initial consultation is free and I am willing to work with clients who have extenuating circumstances to find a manageable session fee thereafter.

How did you get started in this business?

I like to say I've been a practicing life coach all my life, I just didn't know it. From an early age, people sought me out for advice. As I got older, the concerns became more specific - relationships, careers, personal struggles. After mentoring dozens and dozens over the course of my career, I realized that beyond everything else, the process of helping others was where my true passion lay. I started my counseling and life coach business and haven't looked back since.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Remember that this is a service. At the end of your first appointment, before committing to further sessions, ask yourself if this new relationship feels like a good fit for you. Your success will be based partly on the strength of the connection you feel with whoever is offering to help you reach your goals. The relationship you form will foster positive change in your life, whether it be in building better relationships, improving self-esteem, meeting personal health and self-care goals, or reaching your career objectives.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
