Eli is awesome! I recently went through a bunch of life changes and the stress from that was affecting my relationships (romantic, family, friendships, and work). Eli has helped me to have patience with myself and others, and made suggestions for seemingly small changes to my daily activities that immediately made me feel more grounded & calm. I 100% recommend Eli if youre going through it and cant seem to properly express yourself to anyone else.

Eli was outstanding. He got straight to the point and dig into the issues that I had. He did not waste time dancing around topics or dragging out sessions. Eli really wants to help people and that came across from the first consultation, which is why I chose him and canceled my other appointments. If you want help Eli, in my opinion is the one to book.

Eli is thoughtful and thorough- unlike many counselors Ive had he clearly thinks about our sessions and what is best for me outside our time together. Further, he has the patience of a saint- Im quite resistant in therapeutic settings and his dedication to my understanding was absolute. Ive worked with therapists, doctors and MA-level counselors and Ive never had this quality of analysis and intervention. He tied a lot of my present issues- quite neatly- to instances of child trauma and connected that past issue with present issues via patterns which he saw both quickly and accurately. More importantly, in doing so Eli was able to relate these things to me a in a meaningful way which I was able to hear and understand. Again, I cant recommend Eli enough and can readily say that he has changed my life for the better.
