I offer free 15-minute consultations to understand your goals and see if you feel like I would be a good fit for your personal therapy interests.
I offer a judgement-free space to talk about what is challenging you and collaborate with you to help you find the best solutions for your specific concerns.
I really listen to what people have to say and use that to tailor my approach for each person because I know that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work. I will support you and walk alongside you as you work to make the changes in your life that you're seeking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters of art in counseling from St. Edward's University and a bachelors of arts in psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
