I have experience with Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Art Therapy and Group Therapy. I help kids with anxiety, anger management, confidence building, grief and loss, coping during family changes (divorce/separation/foster situations), tolerance, and developing social skills. I am very familiar with the public school system regarding students' needs and what modifications/accommodations can be beneficial in the school setting. No matter what obstacle a child is facing, I believe with guidance and growth, they can bloom into their full potential and learn how to live a fulfilling life they deserve and desire.
