About
I am a certified sexuality counselor, intimacy coach and IPSA trained surrogate partner. I opened my practice in 2016 for men experiencing physical and sexual manifestations of stress, trauma, dissociation, performance anxiety, pleasure avoidance, inexperience, and related issues.
My work differs from traditional licensed therapy in that it's relatively short term (1-6 sessions though in some cases up to 12-15) and I delve less into your past than work with you on real life present moment issues.
You'll learn proactive skills and techniques (that we practice together in session) to help you overcome anxiety, inexperience, and other blocks and challenges to your authentic sexuality, so you can build a lasting genuine self-confidence that will attract, delight, and satisfy your ideal future partner(s).
Location: a cozy, comfortable, private studio in Central Austin.
My most recent trainings:
~Holistic Lifestyle Coach certification (2011)
~Intuitive Intimacy Coach certification (2016)
~IPSA Surrogate Partner training followed by a 2yr supervised internship and offer of certification (2016-2018).
~Sexuality Counseling Certification from the Sexual Health Alliance (SHA), 2021

Intimacy coaching is a relatively new field and all intimacy coaches work a little differently. Personally, I am a very hands-on type of practitioner. I'm a firm believer in talk therapy. However, intimacy coaching is experiential healing. While it's helpful to have an intellectual understanding of one's issues, self-knowledge is rarely enough. With me clients move past the intellectual and theoretical, to a place of authentic engagement.
My typical client is male, aged 25-70, married or single, often recently divorced, widowed, or retired. They are recovering workaholics, shy and socially awkward men, later-life/unintentional virgins (or just inadequately experienced), as well as well-adjusted men with occasional to pervasive feelings of mild to moderate disconnection &/or sexual dysfunction. I do not see women or couples at this time.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Those who seek me out, more than anything, wish to reconnect with their authentic sensual self and engage from that space with confidence and passion. Some lack knowledge and confidence with dating and intimacy. Others have focused so exclusively on pleasing past and current partners they’ve lost touch with their inner sensual being. I also have great success treating premature and delayed ejaculation, unreliable erections, anorgasmia, and other dysfunctions stemming from trauma, anxiety, and related concerns.
We’ll start with a 30-minute free phone consultation to gauge if we’re a good fit, at which time I’ll answer any questions you have about me or my coaching methods. My minimum appointment is a single 3hr session, however my multi-session packages and 1-2 day intensives are extra effective.
As an IPSA trained (no longer affiliated) Surrogate Partner I am also available to work in a triadic relationship with you and your Supervising Therapist, in a 12-15 session series of Surrogate Partner Therapy. While I am not a licensed therapist, I am a committed, compassionate, and uniquely experienced intimacy expert.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do 3-4hr sessions at $300/hr. My minimum session is $900.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work primarily with men, single, married, divorced, widowed, poly or monogamous. I am a sex positive counselor. You'll experience no judgement from me whatsoever.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I highly recommend any and all lectures and conferences put on by the Sexual Health Alliance.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Have a phone conversation with your prospective coach/counselor. Any coach or counselor who works with clients on such personal intimacy issues owes you that introductory time. You have a right to get to know them and whether they'll be a good fit for your individual needs.
I never charge for my free phone consults and they run 30-60mins each...as long as the prospective client needs to get his questions answered and feel comfortable with me as his initimacy coach & sexuality counselor.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
With me, all you need to know is a vague idea of what propelled you to call me. You don't have to have it all figured out! That's my job (and I'm very good at it). You've come to the right place. I know what questions to ask to assess your situation, and I promise I will know exactly how to help.
