I enjoy helping people become healthier, more empowered versions of themselves. I love guiding them on their health journey, whether it's to optimize their health or return to health. I meet people where they are and hold no judgments, which often helps people heal from medical trauma they may have experienced in the past.

    Frequently asked questions

Patients come in (in-person or virtually) for a 60-75 minute intake. We make a plan (usually blood work or other labs) and follow-up in 3-6 weeks once they are complete. Supplements and medications are then ordered and we take go from.

For medical acupuncture, an intake of 60 minutes takes place (including 30 minutes of acupuncture). Follow-up visits are made in a weekly to monthly cadence, depending on the severity of the issue(s) being addressed.
