What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have all new clients fill out an intake form, then I will discuss their problem areas and what kind of out cone they are looking to get out of the massage session. Then I almost always do full body massage for the first visit to assess there muscles and range of motion. So that I can get a good feel and be able to get a better since of what their body needs the next time they come in.
