What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use a standard intake form that asks about medical information and has them to identify the problem area by circling the body part. Next I go over the setup process and discuss what type of massage would best suit them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Hi-Tech Institute to study Massage Therapy. I graduated in 2007 achieving an Associates Degree in Applied Science. I've been practicing since then with several secondary certifications.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started because I wanted to become a doctor that doesn't have to deal with surgery, blood, or medicines. Patients can be any age and any lifestyle and still heal themselves from within. The human body is an amazing work of moving art.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with toddlers, teens, middle age, Geriatric or senior citizens, and the extremely active athletes (amateur and professional)
