I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2014. I offer a customized massage session, which includes a blend of swedish, deep tissue and stretching techniques to best address the client's needs at the time of the session.

In my sessions I don't set out to cause pain, and many of my clients have given me feedback that they appreciate that I can work out areas of tension without the use of very deep pressure, so you receive the benefit of pain relief without the sometimes unpleasant side effects of a typical 'deep tissue' massage, and still leave feeling relaxed.

As a massage therapist there's always something new to learn, and I enjoy learning new techniques & modalities to offer my clients. I love being able to help people get out of pain in a natural way by creating space for the body to heal, or even just to provide a safe, relaxing, calm space for people to unwind & de-stress. I love seeing smiles on clients faces after a session, especially if they didn't have one before.

My training outside of massage school includes many hours of Thai Yoga massage, and although I don't offer full Thai sessions I love the work and incorporate some techniques in my sessions. I also include stretching in my sessions as needed and also offer a full-body, clothed stretching session.

In November 2022 I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Knoxville. I am working on offering private yoga sessions to my clients and possibly small groups in the near future.
