Twisted Tree Thai Yoga Massage
About
After 10 years of experience at the practice and art of massage therapy, I have been given renewed excitement about my work. In 2019 I became a Thai yoga massage practitioner and incorporate it, neuromuscular, deep tissue, and the skill earned with a decade of experience into my Signature Table Massage.
Thai yoga massage is an ancient healing art form that is the foundation of assisted stretching. You can expect a session to begin with both therapist and client kneeling or sitting on a padded mat on the floor, both dressed in comfortable, loose fitting clothing. The therapist uses, not only their hands, but forearms, knees, and feet to move the client's body into a sequence of passive stretches while incorporating rocking compression, myofascial and trigger point massage, and Reiki. This dynamic approach to bodywork gives profound therapeutic benefits to body, mind, and spirit.
