We are experienced licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapists (SC LMBT) specializing in pain relief and injury or surgical recovery. A large percentage of chronic pain syndromes such as sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, fybromyalgia, vertigo, migraines, rotator cuff dysfunction or injury, tennis/golf elbow, neck pain, low back pain, plantar fasciitis and others are caused by muscle dysfunction and inflammation. Steroid shots, muscle relaxers and pain killers are not cures. Spa massage offers relaxation but does not release long standing patterns or heal the muscles. True therapeutic massage offers non-invasive, non-aggressive effective pain relief. Our team of therapists apply a variety of advanced techniques with a Light Hand and Deep Focus. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We complete a thorough medical intake and history so to ensure that we are presenting you with the best treatment protocol, without aggrevating and existing conditions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our massage therapists are licensed by the state of South Carolina. Additionally, we are a teaching facility for continuing education, also licensed through the state. We teach continuing ed both to our staff and to other massage therapists. We also offer health and wellness related classes for the public at our facility because we understand that the key to good health is understanding how to give your body what it needs, and that happens through ongoing learning.
