I also offer thai massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofacial release and active release techniques. I also have special training in accessing the illio psoas a very deep but intergral core muscle affecting the low back, thights and even legs and up to the sholders by extention.
If you like to play your own music or use mainstream music I like that! Otherwise I have the normal drums, classical or nature sounds.
I love to help people trite as that might sound. I really enjoy creative problem solving, finding and breaking patterns of dysfunction in the musculoskeletal system. I am deeply fulfilled by positive results!
