After developing a passion for personal wellness, Krysti became officially licensed in 2013 by the Cortiva Institute in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
Krysti has experience in a chiropractic setting, specializing in clients who have chronic pain or injuries from sport, overuse, auto accidents, and work accidents.
In addition, she has also acquired additional training in pre and post natal massage, cupping massage, warm bamboo massage, and oncology massage, specifically working with clients who previously or are currently going through breast cancer treatment.
While I believe pharmaceuticals definitely have a time and place, I very much enjoy helping clients with a more natural and hollistic approach to their issues. I believe everyone can benefit from regular massage therapy! I enjoy seeing results for my clients, both short term and long term, and keeping track of progress made!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new client, you will need to fill out paperwork prior to your session. This paperwork includes a brief medical history in addition to general massage questions, such as what areas are bothersome, how long they have been causing issues, what type of pressure is preferred, etc. When you arrive for your first session we will briefly go over that information again to see how your body is feeling in the moment and go from there!

How did you get started in this business?
Since high school, I had worked in a retail store that sold vitamins, supplements, and health foods that at the time, were nearly impossible to find elsewhere. I began getting into alternative ways to approach health and wellness, which eventually led me to massage school.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I welcome anyone and everyone interested in the therapeutic benefits of massage! I have worked with desk workers, professional athletes, fitness enthusiasts, oncology clients, elderly clients, children and teens, clients with chronic pain, clients with paralysis, and many more!
