Frequently asked questions

Jaleel's Massage Studio will speak to the client via phone or text and set up an appointment. Clients can easily book a massage online at jaleelsmassagestudio.com.

I graduated from Anthem Institute in the Fall of 2009 and have been taking continuing education courses every 2 years as required to stay licensed.

All prices for services at my spa include gratuity and can be viewed at jaleelsmassagestudio.com under "Services".

Back in 2005 thru 2009, I worked with wonderful Southwest Airline co workers and would offer shoulder massage, because I liked doing it. I had a hidden talent, and my co workers told me to go to school fot it. In 2008 I applied at Anthem Institute in Springfield, PA and never looked back. I love healing my clients and love my artistic style. Clients love my talent and my choice of music during massage.

I have worked with clients that have prior injuries, surgeries, constant tension in certain areas of their body, and different age groups. Each client has their own story and as a masssge therapist, it is my duty to listen and plan a strategy to aid in their healing process. Many times I hear client's constant complaint of a massage that didn't meet their goals. I don't like a client leaving my table and still feeling discomfort after they asked me to focus on a specific area/areas of their body.

My most recent event was my grand opening of my own Massage Studio on October 1st, 2020. I planned to open my own studio for many years, and to see it come together was so gratifying. Will you be my next customer?

A client really has no clue on the level of a massage therapist expertise or whether they're the right fit. References work better, but what your friend liked about their massage, you, may not like. It is best to speak to your therapist in person or on the phone and get a feel of his/her energy. A happy therapist might be the therapist that delivers. Unfortunately, meeting a new therapist is the same as meeting a new hair stylist. Discuss your focus areas when talking to a therapist, and if they are very confident they can help improve your trouble areas, then give them a try.

Think about a massage that really made you want to spend your money on Amazon than getting that horrible massage. Talk about what you disliked. Many times therapist that care are understanding and proud to say, "You will not have that experience on my table."
