Shana El received her certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork May 2010 from Lincoln Technical Institute, where she studied therapeutic massage, deep tissue, aromatherapy massage, trigger point therapy, and Swedish Massage. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist. Shana is a Certified Reiki Practitioner from Natural Healer, 2021. Shana has worked with clients for wellness spas and gyms. Also she has 8 years experience working in a chiropractic office in Center City Philadelphia. In addition she is a former professional dancer and still teaches dance part-time while also dedicating time to massage/wellness practice.

For over 10 years Nebu El has worked with clients and athletes on all levels with chronic diseases, disabilities, repetitive stress and sports related injuries in the Philadelphia Tri-State area. He is Certified as a Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist which includes Posture, Pain (Lower Back, Hips and Knees) and Upper Body (Head, Neck and Shoulders) through the Freedom of Pain Institute. He has achieved techniques in Active Isolated Stretching: The Mattes Method through James Graffenberg, CMT, CPT of Stretching The World and had the great honor of assisting him teaching (AIS) at the Pittsburg School of Massage. In addition, he is certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Certified Post Rehabilitative Exercise Specialist through the American Fitness Professionals & Associates of the United States of America. As well as a former USA Track and Field Coach (1) and Speed Coach at Nexxt Level Sports Performance. Nebu uses his years of experience and various learned modalities that gets results for his clients.
