First, what does Instar means? I was googling some information about butterflies to help me with a name. I came across of website that talked about the stages of caterpillar. The caterpillar went through 5 stages to become a butterfly. Those stages were called instars. I chose butterflies because we go through many changes in our lives and just because we start out one way does not mean we have to end that way. Instar Massages is here to help you change not only your body but also your life. But it takes team work between the therapist and the client. A consistent monthly massage with some take home tips & stretches will be true benefit in your life. Small changes big a difference.
