I don't think people need to be "fixed." Sometimes we all need someone to hear us, to validate our experiences and help us on our way back to wellbeing. There's a human need in all of us that reaches for healing and wholeness, and sometimes we need someone to help point the way. We'll do that together.

Darn near everything, but especially the priviledge of accompanying someone on a journey back to themselves. I also love being able to see my clients' resilience, strengths and commmitment as they realize they have it in them all along to heal. To accompany someone on such a journey is sacred and transforming. I'm deeply grateful to be doing what I do.

I specialize in helping those with chronic fatiguing health issues. We'll discuss adjusting to a new diagnosis, how to pace yourself, and how to improve wellbeing.

I have a Master's degree in clinical and counseling psychology and have been coaching since 1999.
