Hello, my name is Jennifer Coleman and I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Experimental Psychology from Moravian College, a masters’ degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a specialization in trauma, and post-graduate education in Applied Behavioral Analysis. I currently hold a license as a professional counselor, a certification as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, and license as a behavioral specialist.
I have over 14-years of counseling experience in the following domains; community-based mental health, private practice, with military populations, and in behavioral analytic/ research-focused settings.
Specifically, I utilize an eclectic approach, which includes the following psychological theories; psychodynamic, cognitive- behavioral, and existential frameworks. Additionally, I have extensive experience with trauma survivors, people unjustly exposed to discrimination (minority and LGBT populations), with child behavioral therapy, and family therapy.

You have made a huge step towards achieving your goals. I have been working with teens, adults, and couples since 2010. I tailor my treatment approach to each client because I believe each one of my clients is an expert on themselves. I help my clients to recognize, discover, and develop their own resources. I use a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities to enable my clients to reach their unique wants and needs. Some of the issues that I provide psychotherapy for are depression, anxiety, panic attacks, O.C.D., trauma, stress reduction, LGBT, family difficulties, couples therapy, grief, and P.T.S.D. I am passionate about helping people and I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
