About

Holistic Healing for Body, Mind and Soul.

At Zen Relm I am passionate about helping people heal themselves through a combination of therapeutic bodywork and massage.

Zelm Relm is a simple space where people who are experiencing pain, whether acute or chronic, can find relief through a holistic approach of massage and pain-relieving techniques. Acute pain can consist of anything from headaches, body-aches, to overall stiffness and tension in the body.

Chronic pain can be debilitating and cause long term stress, anxiety and depression. At Zen Relm, if you're looking for relief from ongoing/chronic pain, an assessment and health history will be taken for therapeutic or neuromuscular massage treatments. From there we go at your pace with a

moldable treatment plan based on your assessment. Treatments can consist of a combination of light to medium massage, bodywork (trigger point), fascia manipulation, cupping and or other fascia tools.

Specialties at the Zen Relm include headaches & migraines, neck pain, TMJ and jaw pain, lower & upper back pain, pain after trauma or injury, muscular imbalances, poor posture and sciatica.

Self-care is important, but it needs to start with you. Whether you're looking for chronic pain relief or would just like a Swedish and Hot stone massage for stress relief and overall relaxation. Book an appointment today!

I found Digna to be a delight, she is professional and knowledgeable.  I enjoyed the entire experience and will use her services moving forward.  She focused on the areas where I was most tight and applied the right pressure.  I came away feeling refreshed with greater mobility.  I have referred friends to her.

I got started in this business, because as a caring, empathetic LMT, I am  passionate and dedicated to the art of massage, it's techniques and methods. Having my own business, I feel I can mindfully use my skills and patience to help improve the well-being of clients and help bring about balance in health and wellness to their front door.

I have worked with an wide range of clients, from those who have had previous injuries, surgeries and accidents, as well as those who just wanted a massage for tension and stress relief.

When a client told my my hands felt like 2 soft pillows. :)

I would say check references and ask if they have attended an accrediated school of massage.

Have you had any previous surgeries?

Are you looking for pain relief, stress relief or a combo?

Do you have a space large enough to accomodate a massage table? Space must be larger then 9 feet by 5ft.

Is there easy access to the home from the first floor? Homes, apartments or businesses on 2nd and 3rd floors must have elevator access.
