Hello my name is Shannon! I have been practicing since 2013 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I graduated from Southern California Health Institute and moved to Portland in 2019. I am professional, passionate about my work and give an amazing, effective massage whether it’s for relaxation, stress, injury or pain relief.

I do travel to retirement homes as well as provide massage at events such as weddings, bachelorette parties, corporate massage and spa parties.

I specialize in swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and prenatal massage. I offer varied pressure from light to deep and I customize each session. I'm very intuitive and can read the body well. I treat chronic pain, such as fibromyalgia, migraines, neck and upper back issues, help in injury recovery, and help increase range of motion and ease of movement. I also have experience working with the elderly and disabled individuals.

My background is primarily in large day spas, medical spas, and acupuncture clinics and in private practice. I have also done corporate massage for Youtube and Microsoft as well as provided massage at large music festivals.
