I love empowering my clients through using multiple methods of working directly with the waking mind, the deeper conscious mind, the body, emotions and energy field. My clients walk out of sessions with clarity about next steps, feeling lighter and more grounded. I have been working to facilitate healing for over 30 years, professionally for over 20. I have training in Massage Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistics, and Aromatherapy. There's nothing I love more than connecting on the level of compassionate humanity and knowing I've made a significant difference in the quality of life of my clients.

First step to working with me is to book a complementary phone consult. From there we can schedule a first session and do a minimum of 3 sessions and reassess.
