As a Licensed Massage Therapist, my goal is simple—help you feel better in your body. I truly believe your body is designed to heal, and with the right support, it can do exactly that. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, healing after a car accident, dealing with chronic tension, or just needing a reset, I’m here to meet you where you are. Every session is customized to your specific needs, your comfort level, and what your body is asking for that day.

I offer a variety of massage modalities: Therapeutic Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Ashiatsu, and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) injury treatment, so we can choose the approach that best supports your goals. Some days that might mean focused, therapeutic work to relieve pain and improve mobility. Other times, a gentle MLD session to reduce swelling and support healing. Or, if your body needs deeper, more broad pressure, Ashiatsu can provide incredible relief without feeling overwhelming. If you’re coming in after an auto accident, I also work with your care plan to help reduce inflammation, support soft tissue recovery, and get you moving again.
