About
I offer telehealth (confidential video sessions) to clients all over Oregon and New Jersey. My specializations include self-esteem work, anxiety, and relationship/communication issues. I am an LPC with over 5 years of private practice work. Please note that though I do offer telehealth services, I am only able to work with clients residing in Oregon and New Jersey at this time due to state licensing laws.
I feel very honored to be let into others' lives in such a deep and vulnerable way and am quite thankful I have the tools and personality to help bring about positive, client-directed change.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a 30-minute complimentary consultation to give an orientation to therapy as well as learn more of how I can assist you. I then tailor a treatment plan specifically to your needs, and offer many resources as well as weekly "homework".
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Counseling, am an LPC, and have completed many CEUs/trainings.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My rate is $140 per session and I offer a generous sliding scale for those in financial need. I accept OHP Open Card, and Allied, and can give you a superbill for you to submit to any other insurance company for reimbursement.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with folks experiencing family of origin issues, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship and communication issues, and a range of addictions including internet and video game.
