About
Let's take a look at the whole picture. My services include Massage Therapy (in person), Reiki/ Energy Work (Distance or In-Person with Massage), and Life Coaching (Remote via zoom). Please read below to note the benefits and differences Through the use of bodywork such as massage therapy, stretching, and functional movement, we can address the human body is a complex machine. Diet, stress, injuries, physical strain, or lack of movement can all create dysfunction in the body. This leads to more than just aches and pains. I use a variety of bodywork modalities to customize each session to my clients exact needs. Specializing in pain management/relief, and increased flexibility, I utilize knowledge of kinesiology and functional movement to bridge the gap between physical therapy and traditional massage therapy to bring you functional results. Together, we create plans to provide more than just temporary relief in which you are involved in your wellness. Please contact me with questions, as services provided are more than simple 60 or 90-minute sessions. Energy Work/ Reiki Utilizing traditional Usui Reiki, and Intuitive Energy Work, we focus energy to clear old blockages and offer intuitive guidance on paths you can take and insights you can explore to allow you to reach your wellness goals. It is important to understand that physical symptoms can result from emotional stress. The body holds trapped energy and adjusts to protect you from emotional harm. Reiki and energy work can clear these blockages and give you a path to take charge of your wellness physically, mentally, and spiritually. Please contact for more details. My clients include children, pregnant women, athletes, medical-based post-operative clients, medical injuries such as stroke or polio, and everyday wear and tear on the body and mind, and spirit. Whether you've experienced trauma, or are enduring more stress in your daily life than usual, our work together is collaboration to facilitate your highest well-being. Each session begins with a thorough intake to assess your goals and limitations and create a plan to get you on your way to wellness. Reiki education course at: Spirit-to-sport.teachable.com

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Massage Therapy
New clients receive an intake where we will go over any previous medical procedures and injuries. At the first appointment, the first 10-20 minutes are spent going over problem areas, potential causes, and postural deviations. Because of this, it is recommended that the first session booked be 90 minutes or 120 minutes.
After the massage, we will go over what was worked on during the session, and recommend a treatment plan for future sessions.
For Reiki Sessions
New clients are welcome to discuss anything they feel is relevant such as life circumstances, health concerns, stresses, etc.
Sessions last roughly 45 minutes with time reserved at the conclusion of the session to go over insights and experience.
For Life Coaching
Sessions are client-centered. The focus of these sessions are on discovering what the client's goals and values are, and learning to identify what may be hindering them.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that you are asking questions to know that LMTs are fully knowledgeable of the body, its functions, and functional movement. Communicate aches and pains, as well as your typical day-to-day activities so therapists can deduce likely causes of symptoms and offer advice to more effectively perform these tasks with less wear and tear to the body.
If you are looking for Reiki Services, asking practitioners how they intuit the energies, as well as their specific experiences and how they work, can be helpful to make sure that you are comfortable with the practitioner.
