I am a positive individual whose focus is to help people with their physical injuries and provide education on the connection between physical and mental health. I hope to inspire people and give a new perspective on their health and life overall. I have spent five-plus years working in chiropractics, providing manual care. I am experienced with working with sports rehab, Autoimmune dysfunctions, and releasing emotional distress.
I have graduated from East West College of the healing arts with honors in massage therapy. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
I provide deep tissue services with cupping, gua sha, tui na, neuromuscular therapy, and treatment with stress, anxiety, and depression.
