What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is with my assistant for booking appointments and taking payments
Will receive additional emails, for links to intake forms and covid19 wavier info.
Confirmations for appointments atleast 24hrs before session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years of experience in massage therapy with additional certifications, certified sports therapist, medical massage, sports therapy, rehabiltation and injury repair for athletes. Specialize in deep tissue and shoulder injuries, use of ART techniques,graston technique, certified in cupping and structural movement. I Also work with swedish massage and offer now offering oncology post recovery treatments for cancer.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in deep tissue, sports massage, bodywork and repair for injuries related to but not limited to sports. I work heavily with, beginners, semi-pros to pros.. Boxers, MMA fighters, basketball, football, swimmers, golfers, highschool and collegiate etc. I also work with the eldery suffering from ailments such as dementia, post surgery recovery, falls etc and a wide range of many other community members who take their health quite seriously and know what it takes to heal
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for experience as well as years of education and certifications, but do not rely on education alone which this can only tell you one has went to school. Look for pros who speak the language as well as walk it.. I believe a sports therapist should look the part as well.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What level of pain they are willing to go through in order to fully gain postive results.
