I work with fascia and to improve pain patterns. I have had a lot of success providing therapeutic massage. I work with chronic illnesses, and have a unique perspective due to my own chronic illness journey with lupus and psoriatic arthritis POTS and undiagnosed but suspected Ehlers-Danlos and other illness such as type one diabetes and hashimotos. In my own search for pain relief I discovered massage therapy and now offer it to those who connect to me. I listen and look in your body for signs of areas that are constricted and causing your pain.
I am licensed by the state medical board and am certified in neuromuscular therapy (trigger point therapy)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a complete and thorough intake and discuss what has been bothering you. I offer CBD massage and heat therapy to help loosen areas to get the best outcome possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Neuromuscular Therapy and licensed by the state medical board. I have also worked in a Rehab setting (before licensure) and understand different injuries and illnesses intuitively from working with the body.
How did you get started in this business?
My own illnesses attracted me to massage therapy. It was the only thing that offered relief.
