What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They fill out an Intake form before the massage and I do a brief consultation on phone before I schedule the Treatment.
After the massage is finished I contact my supervisor and let them know I'm finished with the massage and I shake hands say goodbyes and also try to reschedule their next massage
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 Years I have kept up with training in both Sports Massage and Myofascial Release
i currently am studying yoga to become a Thai Yoga Therapist and Yoga Therapist
im also a Massage Therapy Instructor
