What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients must fill out a wavier to receive services at the spa. If you are new client receiving a massage or other physical touch modality you must fill out a medical intake. You will be taken on a tour of the other services if the room is available for viewing.
If a tour is not offer to you, please ask to see every room.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my massage and reflexology licensure from Central Ohio School of Massage in 2000.
In 2012, you attended Institute of Holistic Career where I studied reiki, polarity, herbal medicine, sound, light and aromatherapy.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Rates varies between services and therapists.
How did you get started in this business?
The spa was started in 2017 by a Champaign native that was helped by a Halotherapy session for her asthma. My husband and I purchased the spa in 2020. My goal is to help holistic modalities and today medicine to work together to heal one's mind, body and spirit.
