Life In Motion Functional Health and Wellness was established in 2021. However I have been a therapist and body worker 2000 as both a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Physical Therapist Assistant. In 2021 I opted to leave commercial medicine and get back to working with individuals in the best way that I knew how. My goal is to use my background and education in Myotherapy, Orthobionomy, Deep Tissue Sculpting, Medical Massage, Facilitated stretching, Trigger Point release, and Positional Release to create a unique approach for each person with whom I work to assist them on their path to becoming the most functionally independent, pain free, and best self that they can be. I look forward to working with you.
