I am a massage therapist with over 30 years of experience, dedicated to enhancing the well-being of my clients through the healing power of touch. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages and backgrounds, tailoring my treatments to meet their unique needs. My goal is always to create a personalized experience that promotes relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness.

I specialize in deep tissue and fascia work. I am also certified in breast, chest and oncology massage, for those who have gone through any type of breast or chest surgery including cancer and gender affirming surgeries.

As a breast cancer survivor, I understand the importance of resilience and self-care. My own journey has shaped my approach to massage, and I bring empathy and compassion to my work with clients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. I have worked with individuals as young as one day old to those in their 90s, and I’m honored to help others on their healing journey.

I am also a proud mother of five, and I’ve learned a great deal about the demands of family life and the importance of maintaining both physical and emotional health. Balancing my career with raising a family has given me a deep understanding of the importance of self-care.

Continuing education is a passion of mine, and I am committed to staying at the forefront of the field. I regularly pursue new techniques, modalities, and research to ensure that I offer the most effective treatments to my clients.
