She took her time and worked out the areas that needed attention. Very nice to talk to and did not rush. Highly recommended.

    Frequently asked questions

When booking your first session with me, I ask about your lifestyle in . As in what you do for activity, enjoyment and work. This tells me how you move your body and what areas are mostly affected in your daily life.
I am a 2021 graduate of the Columbus School of Medical Massage. I have passed the MBLEx Massage Exam earning the title of Licensed Massage Therapist by the Ohio State Medical Board.
Yes; I base my rate on $80 per hour for a standard relaxation/Swedish massage; the cost of my time given experience and credentials. I charge an additional $10-$15 for additional services or modalities; examples including deep tissue, hot stones, cupping, etc.
When I lost an education career, I tried to follow my heart in Aquatics. As I realized that was not the reality for me; I knew a few things for sure about myself: 1: I am knowledgeable in Science, especially Biology. 2: As a lifelong competitive swimmer, I am very aware of the human body - muscles and movements. 3: I thrive off of helping people feel well about themselves and the life they enjoy living. 4: Relaxation and recovery is not something that should be neglected from anyone. This drew my eyes to massage therapy. After seeing an add for schooling; way too early at 4:00am, one morning - the rest is history!
I have worked with all ages from younger to older. As an endurance athlete; I have a great knowledge base with those individuals. However, I thoroughly enjoy gaining more knowledge and experience to improve myself and practice.
I just completed my 5th open water long distance swim - as 15km (9.3miles)
Invest in a therapist that asks you about all areas of how you physically function in your life. This shows not only do they care about your overall health; but how to use their valuable knowledge on how to service you best. You deserve to continue to move in a life you enjoy most, we are here to help and keep you moving. WE are your people!
1: You need consider first your budget. Please be respectful of the price base that a therapist has set. Some therapists and locations will differ, not making them “better” or “worse.” If it is honestly not in your budget, do not be afraid to ask for accommodations. 2: You need also think about your specific problem areas. We have seen every area on a human body; being shy and not honest does you no good. We will work in most areas, however we cannot read your body. This goes with your intentions for the massage. An hour or so is a small segment in time; what is the purpose of being there for that time in your life? 3: You need to consider your longer term plans for after the massage; do you have an event you are dedicated to? Do you have a family or job that this massage will help you be more present for? Do you plan on coming back? If so, how often?
