About
I specialize in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) work.
I like helping restore motion to fixated joints and relieving deep seated tension.
Being able to get people out of pain is, honestly, a tremendous feeling. As a former athlete sidelined with injuries, I've had physically debilitating issues of my own that I've had to either fix or learn to work around. Through understanding these experiences, being able to help with someone else's pain and get them back to moving better feels phenomenal!

How did you get started in this business?
I'm a former basketball and track athlete. After too many injuries, I had to stop being competitive and shift my focus towards learning to manage my pain and injuries. Through that process, I began to learn how to effectively provide pain relief to others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many different types. Crossfit athletes, weekend warriors, geriatric clientele, past surgery patients, fibromyalgia patients and many more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I play in a sand volleyball league with some co-workers. Though our team needs some work, I thoroughly enjoy the camaraderie we've been building because of it and seeing all of us get better as players. Plus, volleyball is fun no matter what!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Every massage therapist is different and each type of massage is different. Find who works for you and is able to properly serve whatever your needs are.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Is my foam roller cutting it, or should I check into getting this worked on professionally?
Will this person be able to do the work that I need them to do?
