My mission is to optimize your health and well-being by helping your growth journey mentally, physically, and emotionally. Throughout this journey, you will have a better connection to your mind, body and soul.

I take pride in my ability to adapt to your needs and tolerances to give optimal results. I also enjoy the challenge to assess a plan and ensure a comfortable and relaxing massage if looking for comfort or getting down to the nitty gritty to relieve some of that deep muscular tension in those problem areas.

I travel between Denver, CO(home); ATL (monthly), Arlington Heights, OH (monthly for the next few months); and Chicago.

I’m in Denver every week and travel to Cleveland and ATL from Friday-Tuesday each once a month.

You can book me on my Blinq card which has my locations and days there in the website section. I only travel to you in Denver every where else you come to me.
