What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will need to fill out paperwork before their appointment. Once paperwork is done, we bring clients into their service room and discuss their individual needs and expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in Advanced Esthetics with managing courses. I am also certified in Relaxation Full Body Massage, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, Microcurrent, and Kinetic Dermabrasion as well as have extensive training in various chemical peels. All of our providers are fully licensed in their fields and undergo continuing education courses to stay current on their field.

How did you get started in this business?
After completing some psychology courses, I decided to go a different route and explore the world of beauty. I found esthetics and fell in love! I've always loved helping others and now I get to do that everyday and I love it!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Pay attention to licensing. Make sure your pro is fulled licensed in their field of practice. Also, look at reviews and photos of the actual spa and clients to show the cleanliness and how well clients are took care of.
