What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a 60-minute massage I asked first-time customers to fill out a form let me know if there is any medical contraindications. And also to let me know of their basic needs. I Will sit down and go over the form with the new client and find out a little bit more about them in conversation. Exit the room so they can prepare for the massage. A 60-minute massage consist of 50 minutes of Hands-On and 5 minutes for consultation before and 5 minutes for consultation afterwards.
