About
I have been working as a massage therapist for 13 years, with several different certifications in dynamic modalities over this span of time. Including Medical, Myofascial, Deep Tissue/Trigger Point, Prenatal, Reflexology, Cupping, Spa Treatments and Hot Stone massage.
*I have spent several years learning and adapting a practice known as CranioSacral Therapy, developed by Dr. John Upledger, DO, OMM; A light touch whole body treatment technique, working with the bodies CranioSacral system to support and nourish the central nervous system - improving overall health and well-being.
*A complimentary method of hands-on bodywork; works with the natural and unique rhythms of the different body systems to pinpoint and address problem sources.
**Helps alleviate the aches and pains and strains of life; improves coping mechanisms to allow for better management of stress.
*Improves the body’s ability to self care; can and does produce profound, positive change.
Working with individuals dealing with Chronic and debilitating pain to make a difference in their lives; even if they understand that comfort can only be temporary. Better yet, if I can be a source of complete resolve of issues that have plagued them for months, years, and yes...even a life time.
Many discomforts, disease, and ill health come from stresses of our every day pressures that leave us feeling hopeless, faitgued, and overwhelmed. Hot Stone, or a full body massage can bring a sense of rejuvenation and calm. I am one an dpresent with my clients and work to create a personalized treatment package that can be used and adjusted to suit their individual needs.

How did you get started in this business?
In and about 2005, feeling misplaced without direction; A protégée, a Massage/Polarities therapist here in Syracuse, NY enlightened me about all the alternative therapies. Massage therapy gave me the widest range of possibilities to grow as a practitioner. Certifying from the Finger Lakes School of Therapeutic Massage in Ithaca, NY in 2007. Now some13 years I have indulged in several dynamic areas of massage and body work that I now hold certification in. Lymphatic Drainage level 1, Reflexology, Cupping, Myofascial, Prenatal, Birthing, Swedish relaxation massage and Stone massage. I am currently studying with the Upledger Institute for CranioSacral Therapy (CST) for certification. I am also a member of the IAHP, and the AMTA.
