What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Health history review, If new to massage I explain process before stepping out of room. Closeout transaction after session is complete and reschedule next massage. Due to covid, a few other changes have been put in place to provide safety and well - being for you and me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two decades + of continued education. Many years of experience with many different pain levels. My approach is gentle, but don't let that fool you. We figure out the pressure that works for you together as a team, and believe me I can go pretty deep if you need that type of pressure. I have many years experience working with our military and families, I have specialties in several techniques. Come to me for pain relief, rehabilitation, or simply pain management.
On a whole other spectrum, I also am very gifted in energy medicine. I am a Reiki Master Teacher. I do Pranic Healing. I also do a Signature Soul Session. U can check my website out for details.

Packages have been created for those of you who understand the advantage of receiving massage as a contingency plan for not only physical maintenance but continued mental well-being, (yes, it even helps get the good endorphins going and reduces the not-so-good ones.
How did you get started in this business?
Reading books. Watching my father suffer through cancer as a teenager and wishing I could be more than helpless. I care about peoples pain. I work within your pain tolerance. Together we come up with a plan that helps you to move past any hindrances that may be holding you back. Even if it is simply your own self.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Military men and women and their families. Athletes! Teens! Seniors!
Massage not only helps us physically, it helps release the good endorphins and lowers the not so good ones. In essence it is known to help with depression and anxiety reduction.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Opening a second office for weekend appointments for our soldiers and their families in Fort Drum/Watertown area. So, now I can be found in my Rome office weekdays and Watertown office on weekends
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Any massage professional has a license with the state of NY and you can check by typing in their name on the "office if professions" on the NYS website. Also, if anything makes you uncomfortable during your massage, please do not hesitate to speak up. It is important for us to be a part of your process.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I feel no question is a stupid question, so please work with a professional that truly cares about your individualized needs.
