What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by having new clients complete a brief intake form covering; medications, health and surgical history, past massage experiences, problem areas, and of course what the client expects from the session.
I always briefly explain the process of the session just to make sure there are no questions or concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a Therapuetic Massage program at Career Training Academy in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2014. I then took my Pennsylvania State boards for Massge Therapy and passed. This allowed me to obtain a state license in Pennsylvania for Massage Therapy in 2014. I have held that licensure since then.
