I completed my studies at the New York Institute of Massage and am a licensed massage therapist.

I recently became certified as an Emotion Code practitioner which I can help identify trapped emotions in the body.

I obtained training in the CranioSacral Therapy (CS1) workshop where I learned gentle techniques that assess and helps normalize the craniosacral system, so the body can begin to self-correct.

My aim is to help clients relieve pain, improve circulation, reduce stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of the body.

I also have a B.A. in Religious Studies from Nazareth College. In addition to my studies, I have a special talent in many art forms including drawing and painting, creative writing, meditation, and yoga.

I am a member of the New York State Department of Licensing and Registration MT#033143, the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), Medallion Member of The International Association of Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP), and is a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner (CECP).
