Sanctuary Spa NYC is a boutique facial and massage studio in Union Square, Manhattan, serving clients across New York City, NY, including Gramercy and Flatiron. The private, one-on-one studio provides customized facials and therapeutic bodywork with a focus on myofascial release, targeted massage therapy, and skin health.

Services include classic, signature, men’s, teen, anti-aging, acne, and “mommy-to-be” facials; back facials; LED light therapy; lymphatic techniques; and integrated face-and-body combo treatments. Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, sports massage, and passive stretching. Chin and lip waxing are also available.

Sanctuary Spa NYC was founded by licensed massage therapist and esthetician Carmen DeBartolo-Kelly, who brings over 15 years of experience from leading New York City hotel spas managed by Trilogy Spa Holdings, including the Guerlain Spa at the Waldorf Astoria, Sisley Spa at The Carlyle, and The Plaza Hotel. Her approach blends technical precision with restorative care to support skin health, tension relief, improved mobility, and relaxation.
