Massage is a spiritual healing art that I approach with discernment and an open heart. I offer three basic kinds of treatments, body, mind, soul.
Body - for chronic pain and stress, soft tissue repatterning to resolve trigger points and longstanding aches from repetitive stress injuries or trauma. Swedish massage to melt away tension and improve circulation.
Mind - Qigong energy work and acupressure to remove blockages, clear the mind, enhance healing, and boost your energy level. Deep subtle work to awaken peace and happiness.
Soul - Lomi Lomi shamanic massage, an ancient method to heal ancestral wounds and change destiny. Hawaiian bodywork with integrative full body strokes. An inspiring journey infused with sound healing, energy work, and prayer. A transformative healing process.

What is your typical process for working with a new client?
We begin with a brief health intake which is not included in the session time, we can take time exploring the underlying issue without taking up time from the treatment.
Based on our assessment, we develop a session plan and begin the work. The session ends with a brief debrief to determine the effect of the session and next steps, if any are recommended.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Pacific Collecge of Oriental Medicine massage program.
Studied with Qigong Master Robert Peng and co-wrote a book with him, The Master Key (Sounds True, 2011).
Completing third year of Medical Qigong course with Dr. Steve Jackowitz.
Attended several Lomi Lomi intensive workshops.
