As if life isn’t challenging in the best of times, we are now in the midst of a global pandemic where everything seems unpredictable, unfamiliar and frightening. Add that to whatever it is that you might be seeking help for - depression, anxiety, marital or family problems - the need for counseling is greater than ever.
