Psychobabble, Brooklyn
About
As a professional providing therapy for 11+ years, I have a wealth of experience with many different presenting problems and areas of difficulty. As a therapist in private practice for 5+ years, I have had the opportunity to hone my skills and develop my therapy style. I employ a smart, practical approach to therapy that allows my clients to make the changes in their lives that they want while feeling challenged but also supported and accepted. I employ mindfulness practices and Cognitive Behavioral techniques in combination with traditional, insight-oriented talk therapy.
