What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the customer. I may bring the customer to the mirror and ask him/her to ask self about their problems. Or I may use a tool called Mood Reader to create customer's emotional profile and ask the customer to comment on it..I have many approaches. Everybody is different.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifetime of observing and helping people; 50 years of marriage; 49 years of parenthood...18 years of life counseling.
