Emilce was kind and attentive to my concerns and my points of pain. The massage was just what I needed to relax and feel refreshed and like new. Highly recommend her if you are ever feeling off or even to just pamper yourself. Thanks Emilce! Can’t wait to come back.

    Frequently asked questions

I would typically begin a session with compression from shoulders to the lower back as I compress I ask a few questions to the client as well as listen to the body through compression, the rest of the session is determined through the body's needs and response to the massage and with client's feed back.

I graduated from the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences, upon successful licensing I have taken Neuromuscular sports massage, Hot stone, Prenatal and Postnatal courses and became certified in Lymphatic Therapy.

I typically charge $90 for an hour and $50 for a half hour, I use flat rates no matter which modality is used this allows me to tailor sessions and use multiple modalities in one session.

I've always felt the need to heal through touch, initially I wanted to be a Chiropractor but found the muscles to be more my niche.

I've worked in both Spa and Physical Therapy settings and have a wide spectrum types of clients seen over the last few years from the marathon athlete to the stay at home mom.

Go with what speaks to your soul, we usually neglect our 6th sense when it comes to choice of self-care, in order to completely enjoy a massage you must first feel comfortable enough to fully relax at the hands of your therapist.

What is it that I am feeling? Is it pain or soreness?

What is MY tolerance to deep tissue? If the massage is too deep for your tolerance the muscles will tense up counteracting our goals to relax and release these muscles.
