About
I studied Massage Therapy at the New York Institute of Massage and received my NY LMT license in October of 2018. I knew soon into starting Massage School that I have found my passion. Having an intuitive touch I have been so privileged to use my healing abilities to help others to decompress, aid in their natural healing process to reduce and relieve their pain, and increase their overall sense of well-being. I specialize in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Cupping, Hot Salt Stone Massage, and salt glows. Allowing people to take a moment for themselves and decompress. Also helping to manage their pain. Truly healing from the inside out.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have you fill out a quick, one page intake form. Check that over upon completion and discuss your goals for the Massage. I will then explain the Massage process and what you might expect. After the Massage I always make sure my client has water and inquire about how they are feeling. If necessary I recommend home care for maintenance between appointments.

How did you get started in this business?
My Mother had owned a Spa in the past. She suggested I go to School to become an LMT and reminded me that I already had a gift for it. I already loved finding people's trigger points and getting out their "kinks." Why not get trained properly?
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with customers who's goals ranged from looking to relax to managing chronic pain. Everyone is different!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Unfortunately, like we will never be able to look at ourselves the way others look at us (we can only see ourselves in a reflection or a picture) I will never be able to experience the way my full body Massages feel. Therefore, I cannot review myself.
However, I feel proud and know I'm doing what I'm meant to in this world when I hear the gratitude expressed by my clients. I've taken the most wound up people and got texts the next day saying they slept through 2 alarms, having had the best sleep in a long time. They didn't realize how miserable the pain they experienced everyday made them and I have alleviated that, showing them they can improve their quality of life with a little TLC.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would make sure the Therapist is confident that they know how to help you based on what your goal is. For example, if you're looking to relax make sure the therapist understands they shouldn't be using quick, stimulating strokes.
If one Therapist doesn't meet your needs don't hesitate to "shop around" till you find a Therapist who does.
