The first couple of sessions are the hardest. You’ll think you can’t handle it but trust the process. On my fifth session I almost didn’t have any pain at all. After a year trying acupuncture and reflexology with only superficial results this was a great relief. Persevere, trust the process, trust Claudia, and you’ll be fine in a few weeks ;)
